best of the blog: august / september

Lots has changed around here in the the last two months. I picked up blogging again after an extended break and with that I launched two new columns, lovely lyrics and in my headphones. I also got a dedicated camera for taking blog photos and stopped using my iphone camera.

With all the changes that have gone on in the last year with my health, blogging has become a really important means of expression for me. I’m not exactly sure where my blog fits into the blogging universe, all I know is that it brings me joy. I hope my joy comes through my writing and my photographs.

Anyway, without further ado, here are my favourite blog posts from August and September:

in my headphones: the audience with betty carter // 03

That’s it for the best of August and September. I have a few new column ideas in the works but I would love to hear from my readers about this. Is there anything you would like to see more or less of around here? Do you like to see more posts per week or less? Would you like more long form posts, more photos?
