fred hersch: wisdom for singers in jazztimes

My good friend Edel Meade hipped me to this fabulous article in JazzTimes that was posted last week. It in, Roseanna Vitro interviews Fred Hersch about rehearsals, scatting, set planning, lyric interpretation, recordings and more. It’s a great read for singers or instrumentalists who work with singers, as Hersch does. Check it out and let me know what you think of it in the comments below.
