Impossible: Live at Musideum launching this summer

impossible_promoOh my freaking god, the time has finally come! Remember last October when Chad Linsley and I did a three-city tour that included Musideum in Toronto? Well we recorded that concert and now you get to hear that concert. That’s right folks, we’re putting out a live album! This summer!!!

Impossible contains music from and inspired by film adaptations of children’s stories. Touching on magic, dreaming, and the urge to run away, the music is imaginative, intimate, vulnerable, and reminds the listener of childhood – at once carefree, questioning, and melancholy.

The launch date isn’t set yet but in the mean time we have concerts coming up in Ottawa and Montreal to give you a sneak preview of what you will find on the album:

Beauty and the Beast was my favourite childhood story, probably because of the illustrations in the version I had.

  2. Kat

The Little Mermaid. The Hans Christian Andersen version was a fire side story shared verbally over hot sticky marshmallows.
