Three Practice Log Templates

Set yourself up for success by tracking your practice using one of the three options I've provided below! You can download a practice log PDF, access a Notion template, or use a Google Sheets template.

I have emailed these options to you as well so that you can access them at a later date.

If you want even more practice log suggestions, I have a few more suggestions in this blog post.

Daily Practice Log PDF

Download this daily practice log template in either a printable form, which you can fill out with pencil and paper, or a digital fillable format, which you can edit on your computer.

Notion Template

Notion is a free database-based productivity software that I use in basically every aspect of my life and business from grocery lists to student tracking to planning my next e-course! You must have a Notion account to use this one, but once you have that you can click the "Duplicate" button in the top right corner to add it to your sidebar.

Google Sheets Template

To duplicate this to your own google docs, you can click "File -> Make a copy". This template is a week at a glance, with little entry places for each category of your practice. Of course, you're welcome to modify this as needed. If you scroll down in this template, you'll find daily check-in questions and a space for your commonly used phrases.
