Welcome to Trans Voice Practice Club!
Trans Voice Practice Club is a space built on one simple idea: trans voice work is easier when you don't have to do it alone.
This is a pay-what-you-can space for trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people who are looking for more than another course or Discord server. It's a place to celebrate the tiny wins that nobody else understands, laugh through the awkward practice sessions, stay accountable on the days you don't feel like showing up, and find people who genuinely get what you're working toward.
Whether you're speaking out loud for the very first time or years into your voice journey, you'll find a group of people ready to cheer you on, share the road with you, and remind you that you never have to figure it out alone.

What You’ll Get Inside the Trans Voice Practice Club
Inside this hangout space, you'll get exclusive access to:
- Monthly voice training themes
- Practice prompts and challenges
- Discussion forums and a live chat room
- A live video hangout space that’s always open
- Accountability partners
- Member and moderator-led events, like game nights, hangouts, book clubs, etc.
The Trans Voice Practice Club is designed to make your voice practice more consistent and fun by connecting you with other familiar faces. It's a space to find peer support, shared experiences, accountability, and encouragement from each other. You can ask questions, celebrate progress, share frustrations, or simply spend time with people who understand you.
Why This Community Exists
Voice work is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be lonely.
It's easy to skip practice when nobody's expecting you. It's easy to get stuck listening to the same recording ten times, wondering if you're making progress. It's easy to convince yourself that everyone else is figuring it out faster than you are.
And while lessons, videos, and courses can teach you how to practice, they can't always give you the thing that keeps people coming back: other people.
Trans Voice Practice Club exists to be that missing piece.
It's a place where you can celebrate finally getting through a difficult exercise, laugh about the weird sounds you're making, ask a question that's been bouncing around your head for weeks, find a practice buddy who understands exactly what you're working on, or simply spend time with people who know that voice exploration is about so much more than pitch and resonance.
This isn't about chasing a perfect voice. It's about building a sustainable practice, finding encouragement on the hard days, and surrounding yourself with people who remind you that you're not doing this alone.
Because voice work is personal, but it doesn't have to be isolating.
Everyone is Welcome
You don't need to own one of Renée's courses to be part of Trans Voice Practice Club.
Whether you're learning from YouTube, working with a speech-language pathologist, following another program, or simply exploring your voice on your own, you're welcome here.
Included in Every Course
That being said, every Renée Yoxon course includes 3 months of FREE access to Trans Voice Practice Club, giving you a place to ask questions, stay motivated, find practice partners, and build community while you work through the material.
As a bonus: If you finish your course within those first 3 months, we'll gift you an ADDITIONAL 3 months of free access. It's our way of celebrating your commitment and helping you keep the momentum going. After the first 3-6 months of your free community access, you’ll be asked to pay what you can to stay in the community.
This Community Is What You Make It
Trans Voice Practice Club isn't designed to be a place where you quietly consume content while waiting for an expert to tell you what to do. It's a practice space with accountability buddies, and it thrives when you all show up for one another.
That doesn't mean you need to be outgoing or have all the answers. Showing up can look like a lot of things:
- Sharing a weekly win
- Asking a question
- Liking or commenting on others’ posts
- Joining a practice session
- Welcoming a new member
- Posting a resource
- Hosting a casual voice chat
- Running a member event
- Or simply encouraging someone who's having a hard day
Renée will provide the framework through monthly themes, practice prompts, community challenges, monthly office hours for course members, and weekly YouTube videos. Moderators will be around to answer technical questions and help keep the space running smoothly. But the heart of this container comes from its members.
The more you participate, the more you'll get out of it, and the stronger this hangout space becomes for everyone. We hope you'll help create the kind of connections you wish existed: generous with encouragement, curious instead of judgmental, and full of people who understand that voice work is easier when we practice together.
Pay What You Can
Trans Voice Practice Club is built on a pay-what-you-can model because community shouldn't be reserved for people who can afford a fixed monthly fee.
When you join, you'll choose a monthly contribution that feels sustainable for your life right now. There is no application process and no need to explain your circumstances. Everyone receives the exact same experience regardless of what they pay.
The expectation is simple: pay honestly. We trust you to choose a contribution that reflects both your current circumstances and the value you receive from the community.
If you're able to contribute a little more, your membership helps keep the club accessible for someone who can't. And if money is tight, we hope you'll choose an amount that lets you participate without adding financial stress to your life.
This isn't a discount system or a loophole to find the lowest price. It's a mutual aid model built on the idea that we'll all be in different places at different times. Some months you may need support, and someday you may be in a position to offer it. Both are valuable ways of participating.

We Only Open the Doors Four Times a Year
Most online communities feel like revolving doors. New people arrive every day, conversations move fast, and it can be hard to build the kind of relationships that make people feel comfortable enough to show up authentically.
That’s why Trans Voice Practice Club only opens to new non-course members just four times a year. Between enrolment periods, the club stays closed so members have time to settle in, recognize familiar names, find practice buddies, and build genuine connections. Instead of constantly introducing yourself to new faces, you get the chance to become part of a stable, supportive group.
When the doors open again, those established relationships become the foundation that helps welcome new members in. Existing members have the space and energy to say hello, answer questions, and help newcomers feel at home, creating a safe space that grows intentionally instead of endlessly.
We know waiting isn't always fun, but we believe it's worth it. Voice work is deeply personal, and we're building connections where people can feel safe enough to be vulnerable, celebrate progress, and practice together for the long haul.
