This is another long one!! I was pretty proud of myself this month. I hit a lot of my TikTok goals.

• I put out four tiktoks or more every week (so at least 16 in total).
• I made some video replies to comments which is something I don't usually do.
• I experimented with tiktoks that require a little more editing effort just to see what I was capable of. 

I liked these goals! Tiktok is such a weird place for engagement and reach that it's almost better to set your goals solely based on what will help you grow and feel sustained by the practice instead of how your videos are received by the platform.

I'd say that's not a bad frame of mind for any social media platform!

Now that we're a month into the release of my Trans Vocal Exploration e-course, I have lots of new ideas for Tiktoks in October. I'm even thinking of maybe making a few Tiktoks about my music and songwriting practice??

I'm a little bit afraid to step outside of my niche in case there is a mass exodus from my followers, but that is a very unlikely outcome! I'm feeling motivated to show more of myself and my work online now that there's a good chance that I will find people who connect with the music I make.

Being a creative person is hard! It's especially hard if you're mid-career and are feeling scared of letting yourself be vulnerable again. I'll let you know how it goes...
