Let’s Do a Spring Ritual Together 🌷

general trans advice Mar 25, 2024
Happy Spring

The curtain has finally closed on winter, and with March 19th marking the first day of spring, we find ourselves at a pivotal moment. Winter offers us a chance to retreat and recharge, but spring heralds a time for renewal and growth. It's a season that invites us to unfurl and embrace the potential within us, ready to bloom.

In honour of this seasonal shift, I've crafted a ritual to help us navigate this transition with intention.

The change of seasons, to me, represents a powerful opportunity for introspection and goal-setting. The three-month cycle is an ideal span to evaluate our lives and the paths we're on.

Here’s our approach

Below, you'll find three journal prompts. I encourage you to select the one that resonates with you the most. Whether you prefer to write in a journal, record a voice note, or jot it down in your Notes app, the format is yours to choose. The important part is to let your thoughts flow naturally towards the prompt that speaks to you.

Springtime Journal Prompts

  1. Which aspects of yourself are you eager to cultivate and develop this season?
  2. In what ways do the transformations in the natural world mirror the changes you wish to see in your own life or in your journey of gender identity?
  3. Reflect on the concept of spring cleaning, but applied to your mental and emotional landscape. What clutter are you ready to clear out to make room for new growth and opportunities?

These are your prompts. Engage with them thoughtfully, and see where they lead you.

For those in the southern hemisphere, navigating the onset of autumn, I invite you to adapt this exercise accordingly. 😄

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this type of content. Your feedback is invaluable, and I hope you find this exercise enriching.

Wishing you a season of meaningful growth,

Renée ✨
